A brief introduction to the company

Xingyang Jinbo Abrasives Co., Ltd., as a stock company established with modern management system, and one of the key enterprise of white fused alumina production in Zhengzhou Region, is located in the Xingyang Wulong Industrial Zone, Henan Province in central China. The company has 15 engineers and a staff of 130, with 16 3150KVA CNC dumpling furnaces and 2  2500KVA fixed furnaces. We have the yearly overall production capacity of 30000 tons, main products including fused white alumina (FWA), fused dense corundum(FDC),magnesia-alumina spinel and mullite, etc. Our company, in charge of three branch factories with 5 pulverizing and granulating production lines, producing section sand, size sand, fine powder and micro-powder in various kinds of specifications according to the clients’ request. We are powerful in technical developing force and have full varieties of testing equipments, and our company has passed the ISO9001-2008 international quality management system certification. We hold our mission as follows: technology leading, quality supreme, honesty& innovation first. As the increasingly expansion of the production scale, our products, besides satisfying domestic demands, have been exported to Asia, Europe and USA markets so far, and are favored deeply by users.

White fused alumina is made from high quality alumina powder by smelting at 2050℃. characterized by high purity, good self-sharpening, less thermal diffusivity in grinding, strong acid-alkali resistance, excellent high-temperature stability, low porosity, etc.

       White fused alumina products including segment sand, grain-size sand; fine powder and micro powder are widely used in refractories, abrasives and other industries.

       Segment sand and fine powder are the main raw materials for the mid-and-top grade unshaped and shaped refractories, that are widely used in unshaped refractory products like ladle castable, iron runner, gun-mix refractory, etc. In the production of shaped products, they are mainly used for making corundum products like corundum brick, corundum mullite sagger, three major steel-making and continuous-casting pieces and ultra-temperature industrial furnace liner.

       Size sand is mainly used as abrasives, a perfect choose for various sand blasting and grinding

operations in the abrasive industry, such as the sand blasting in TV screen processing and tooth mold cleaning. Besides, it also can be used as the foundry sand in precision casting and the raw materials of ceramic and resin bonded abrasives as well as coated abrasives.
